Can I price my apartment myself?

I feel that the price offered to me by the site is not appropriate. Can I set the price myself?

You can absolutely set your own price!  I would predict the pricing you're seeing is their suggested/recommended pricing.  I find it's helpful to have for reference, but you can certainly set your own (or opt for the smart pricing).  Depending upon how far you want to go, you might consider deploying the use of a third party platform to help set your pricing (like Price Labs).
