Can a guest change the stars rating of their published review?

Hi All,

I had a recent guest who had an excellent stay, but made a mistake on their review and they want to change it from 4-star to 5-star.

Is there a way they can change it on their own?  Checking Airbnb online Help, I don't find a way for them to do it.

Or does anybody know, will airbnb CS change it for them, if they send a request?

@Dave52Have you already reviewed them? If so, it's too late for them to amend the review themselves. You can amend a review for 48 hours after its written, provided the review window is still open and the other party hasn't reviewed. 

Generally, customer service won't amend a review's stars: the only thing they will do is remove the review entirely. If the written portion is good, I would leave it, personally.

As host, we only can see what guest's review after we write one, so how were we supposed to know what guest's star rating is?
