Can't Add Business Bank Account

Hello,

I am trying to add a business bank account as a payout method. My LLC's name has an & symbol. Ex: X & X LLC

When I enter the business name it states that business name has invalid characters.

I've tried on multiple browsers, receive the same error message.

Is there a way to resolve this?

I have also found that the & symbol is prohibited in the banking world. I just changed my account name to xxx and xxx, problem solved.

So you for example, you entered Tony and Rosemary LLC as the business name and it worked?

I'll try that out and see if it works.

Hi @Emilie , yes I was able to add a business bank account by replacing the & with 'and' in the bank account name.
