We are taking over management of our Airbnb rental. The property manager has an Airbnb site that we have asked him to unlist until all currently scheduled renters have been able to complete their stay. After all their stays are complete he will deactivate the site. We would like to publish our site and start scheduling renters for the future. Both his unlisted site and our soon to be published site rent the same property at the same address. Can we publish our site while his is still active but unlisted?

Yes you can . He should have 'snoozed' his listing so he can't accept any more bookings.
You need to block out any dates in your calendar that he has bookings for @Kelly1835

Thank you! How is snoozing different from unlisting?
@Kelly1835 snoozing makes the property invisible to guests searching but it allows existing guests to stay. Unlisting will cause current guests to be cancelled (I think)
