Change of ownership

Hi I bought a house and want to change ownership. What i need to do?

@Kristijan35  If you have purchased a house that was an AirBnB, the previous owner should DELETE their listing on AirBnB and you will need to CREATE your own listing.  You cannot keep any of the reviews/standings that the previous owner earned.

Could you elaborate a little please? Was the house previously listed on Airbnb, and you'd like to take over the listing?
