So I have short term rentals in several cities across the county. I have fought this in San Diego, Lake Tahoe and now St Louis. For about a year I have been fighting against harsh regulations aimed at making short term rentals illegal or regulating them out of business. I need some advice to stay in business in St Louis bc they are now doing this also.
2 day minimum stays

can not be registered under the entity LLC must be a human
Some areas of the city are restricted
No arbitrage
Every day is separate offense for fines
Can not be in areas of the city with incentives for rehabbing or building
Not within 500 feet of a hotel
Removal from the platforms if there are violations and permit is lost
Guest number restrictions
Husband and wife are considered one so only 4 total.
