Hi, does anyone have recommendations for a good and reliable AirBnb cleaning staff that you would recommend in the Fort Worth & Arlington area? 

I have two houses on AirBnb. One is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The other is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath.

@Bhumika I've been using Properly (https://getproperly.com/) since 2018 to find and manage cleaners.  

Initially, I used Properly as a tool to manage my existing cleaner.  Properly connects to Airbnb so bookings flow from Airbnb to Properly, then I can assign a cleaning job to my cleaner. Cleaners can accept or decline a job via Properly. If a cleaner declines, you can choose an alt cleaner and send the job to them.   Using Properly to manage cleaning jobs is more efficient than other more manual ways of communicating (text messages, email). 

I have used Properly to find cleaners when I needed one in a pinch (my cleaner got sick or couldn't do a job). I got very lucky to find a back up cleaner on Properly who has been amazing.  Most of the cleaners on Properly are short term rental cleaners so they understand the requirements. 

Properly has been a dependable solution to find and manage cleaners for 8 years. Hope this helps!

Other than having the listing cleaned after every guest stay, do you often opt to deep clean the listing once in a while? Since cleaning approaches can be different for every host, I am keen to learn more about your cleaning strategies!
