Hi, I do not walk through after cleaning. I have the same people for many years. They are reliable and experienced. If it happens that the guest contact me with complaint, they come and fix it.
If a guest complains about the quality of cleaning, would you pay the cleaner an additional fee to clean again, or would they handle it at their own expense?
