Hi @Poy10
Cleaning fee:
You can charge a cleaning fee if you want to - this fee will be added to each booking and paid to you by Airbnb. To add a cleaning fee, go to Calendar and then to the Pricing tab (if you're using the phone app, you need to click the settings icon at the top to see Pricing). Scroll all the way down to Extra charges and click it to see the Cleaning fee option.
Deposit:
You can't charge a breakage deposit on Airbnb. You will need to increase your price per night a bit if you worry that you may have to replace broken items, or you can submit a claim for damages through the resolution center if a guest breaks something (this is not always easy to prove, so most hosts will only do this in case of serious damage that can be proven).

Hi @Poy10,
Welcome to the community, and congratulations on starting your hosting journey!
Did the information Shelley send answer all you wanted to know about those fees or do you have any additional questions perhaps? We're here if you need more advice along the way 😊
Thanks,
Emilie
