Cleaning fees for our rental

Can I increase my cleaning fee charge on Airbnb since we just hired a cleaning person?  Will it affect my the few rentals I already have booked ?

What you decide to charge as a per-booking, guest changeover fee (called cleaning fee), is entirely up to you.

You should structure the nightly rate and the per-booking rate in a way that gives you the best pricing. 

Changes to your rates always affect only future bookings.
