Co Host Agreements

Hi Airbnb Community, my name is Hayley and I am based in Byron Bay Australia. I am expanding my property management to Co Hosting and wondering if there would be any agreement formats i could follow and what pricing you recommend?  I have co host experience which previously charged  15% including products etc. Is this where commissions are currently sitting?  Any advise would be appreciated.

Another question, where do we upload our STRA registrations on airbnb?

Do you have any experience with Airbnb listing and hosting, as part of your property management business?
