Co-Host - Waikiki

Hi All

I'm in the process of purchasing a property in Waikiki and wanted to appoint a Co-Host in the area.  When I attempt to search for a co-host on the page, it keeps stating that I need to ensure the area is accurate, however doesn't allow me to proceed to the next page.  As I am not in Hawaii at the moment, I wanted to start the process before I place the property on Airbnb, if anyone could assist, that would be great.

no I haven’t.  
I want to ask questions prior to placing the property on Airbnb.   I want to find a local.  I don’t want to create the listing and then find I can’t find an acceptable co-host

Have you asked for recommendations on your local Hawaii host group on FB ?

Ask about local superhosts who provide cohosting services .

unfortunately  this international community attracts those with no hosting experience - who want to learn how  STR works by using your business to learn and make their mistakes on.

always check out a profile here to see what hosting experience and references they have . 

for example @Emma3789  has no hosting experience.
