Hello,
I have over 10 years managing B&B & hotels and i'm looking to manage other owners airbnb properties for them in Denver, can someone walk me through co-hosting through Airbnb?

Thanks for getting back, I guess my main questions is with the co-hosting requirements, these specific ones below, what if I have a wealth of hospitality & property back ground but don't have any of these bullet points specifically through Airbnb. Would this keep me out of being added to the co host network?
Yes as you have posted yourself there is a criteria people need to meet in order to be approved as an experienced cohost on Airbnb .... you need to have good ratings and reviews as a host yourself @Blake353
two options
1. become a host so you can build up great reviews and ratings so you can meet the criteria
2 set yourself up as a cohost independently and invest in your own marketing channels and advertising to reach hosts you've identified as your target market
having a background in hospitality doesn't mean you understand local STR regulations and requirements, how the Airbnb platform works, how to price set and optimise listings and Airbnbs very complicated, ever changing T&C 😀
Hey @Blake353,
