Hello, my name is Natalie and my husband’s name is Mike. We are a nurse and firefighter duo who absolutely love short term rentals. We have 8 Airbnb’s currently that we own/co-host and we are looking to see if anyone needs our help. We are local to St. Augustine, FL and would love to help another host in this area with their Airbnb. Our homes are very unique and we are jam packed all year long. We know how to keep the calendar full and how to secure those 5-star reviews. I have coached new hosts in the past, and fully redecorated/staged rentals that needed attention. I have many tips and tricks and can help if you are struggling. We answer our guests 24/7 (yes, even at 3AM) and treat them all like family.
