Cohosting Advice

Cohosting Advice

New to cohosting but looking for any advise to get my first client to be a cohost for. Have been researching all things airbnb, listing management, and cohosting duties. Thanks, Emma

You could check if there is a Local Host Group in your area:

HI Emma & good luck.

[1.] Make sure the standards of the host/ other party do not vary from yours.

[2.] Make double-sure, that, both of your goals/ aims align.

sleep on it, during entire w-end.

[3.] Now is the time for triple-surety

as 'all things airbnb, listing management, and cohosting duties' on paper/ research; when faced with multiple problems [other host, guests, airbnb, automated system, human moderators, fraud, delays, loses, this and that] can make this little bit more difficult than it seems.

I don't want to rain on your parade, however better to know risks first 'than just profit / good things & standard sell-buy issues'

Can be done, many do it and it takes a lot of patience;

on other hand many break up, find it so hard and

some end major conflicts.

As usual post a question and ask for advise and never come back to reply and say thanks,

Lets hope she runs an airbnb better than this

The best way to get clients is to be an experienced, successful host who has the knowledge of how the various listing platforms works, how to deal with difficult guests, manage cleaners etc  and who is an established superhost

It looks from your profile as if you don't have any hosting experience so start there @Emma3047
