Colorado: HOA added a clause in the Bylaws prohibiting short-term renting after I purchased the house.
Hello everyone, my HOA (I live in Colorado) added a clause in the Bylaws prohibiting short-term renting after I purchased the house and began renting a part of my house. This house is my primary residence and I live there full-time under the same roof with my tenants. Does anyone know if I should've been grandfathered? What does Colorado law say about these situations? The city I live in permits short-term renting.
