Converting already succesful AirBNB into an LLC

Hello all, 

Looking for some guidance on turning my already current house into an LLC. I already have 400+ stays under the house and wondering if to create an LLC I would have to create a new listing?

Does anyone have any good steps to take to look into all of this?

I want to make sure I am protected in something was to ever happen.

I’m in NY and things are changing quickly regarding having to register your rental with the city if it’s less than 30 days. I’m not sure I want to do this & researching it. 
Curious as to your reasons for setting it up as an LLC. Meaning, if it’s been working fine up until now, why set up an LLC?

just trying to learn what options are out there for me.
