Critique my listing

Hello. My husband and I, are new to hosting. I’d love feedback from experienced hosts on our listing. We have already had to decline two bookings. The first was because my husband accidentally forgot to block off the calendar, and we just weren’t ready yet. However, I have had a request that wanted to arrive same night , giving us no notice. I had turned on the setting to give us one weeks notice, so why did I get this request? All advice welcome . Here is our link ;

There is something weird on your listing: it can only be booked for 2 nights.

Also 1 or 2 guest can book all three rooms !

Please note you offer the "no refundable" option to guests (10% discount if choosen)

Maybe review your listing before starting with bookings.

If you want to offer 3 rooms, you need to create a listing for each room or for each combination of rooms (and then link the calenders)

Hello Ellen,

if you are new to Airbnb. Just open your calendar when you are ready to host. And there are options that you can add on your listing. Send request before booking or just instant booking without request. You can choose while editing your listing.

@Ellen880 I too was confused with what is being offered is it the attic room or is it 3 bedrooms. Maybe a bit of colour in the attic bedroom presentation such as towels or throw and a pot plant.
