Customer support has gone silent

I was chatting live with a customer support representative about a missing payout. The rep said she could not resolve the issue and was going to pass it on to someone who could. The chat is still open (from a couple of days ago) and although I've posted again asking for a reply, no one has come back. I'd now like to speak to them by phone but since the chat is still open it's not giving me that option. Any suggestions? Thanks very much.
