Does anyone know the rules for hosting my house in Daly City, CA are? Regarding city rules and regs.

I do not own a home in Daly City but I googled "Daly City California airbnb rules" and this link below  popped up for me:  I hope this helps.

Click on the link I shared with Sheila above and notice that it states the STR must be in your primary residence.

See screen shots below.

Please look up your Town Hall and communicate with staff who should be familiar with your Town Bylaws etc. if you have more questions.

Also, make sure the insurance company who insures your property is fully aware of your intent to use the property as a STR. 

I believe you must have a minimum of $1M Liability Coverage for any Airbnb STR listing in general.

Don't be tempted to go without insurance.
