There is none in our area. I think we sre trying to create one here somewhat. Learning the communication on the community bosrd. Super host since 2018 off snd on. I love it snd helping others.

Hey, I own 25 houses bordering the casino property. They're all long-term rentals except for 1 that I'm currently remodeling and planning to rent Airbnb. If it's successful I'd really like to do more like it. I'm a licensed realtor,  but the short-term rental business is all new to me. I'd like to talk more about it with someone who has experience and is familiar with the risks, regulations, etc, etc. Thanks! Van
