I would say the Airbnb market in Danville has become saturated. When I moved here in 2020, there were about 5 total Airbnbs now there are many hundreds. I have had to drop my rates dramatically just to get inquiries. 

I know that many of the higher-end Airbnbs are sitting vacant.

I know that many of the higher-end Airbnbs are sitting vacant.

I also know that because of this, regular housing is in very short supply, so that may be the way to go. I may make that switch myself.
