Hello,
My payout for 31st Dec 2019 still hasn’t been processed. Airbnb CS keep stating “technical glitch” and give no further information.
I have contacted them a few times and there has been no information except this generic answer. They say other customers are also facing this issue. Is anyone experiencing this or has experienced this in the past? Is there any way I can contact a senior member of the CS team. As the agent on the phone is of no help. Airbnb has not once initiated communication from their end. In fact, I had to bring to their notice that my payout is still pending.
Post some excerpts from my last conversation with them (third phone call)
“I have forwarded this issue to our technical team and as of this moment, we do not have a time frame for the resolution. Rest assured that we will resolve this as soon as possible as it is also affecting other customers.
We have already reported this to our technical team for you. I will give you a summary of how reports work when sent to the technical team.
To complete the report I will need to solve this case. What will then happen is the report we have compiled regarding this issue will be passed along with all the relevant information we have gathered, including the screenshots and notes from my own investigation of this system error. This report will then be added to a gathering that we will have of people reporting the same issue and the technical team will then work together to track all the issues and work on making a fix for the problem. The more issues that are reported, the speedier the fix to the issue.
With issues such as this you may or may not hear directly from the technical team regarding the fix but please accept my assurances that they are a hard-working team and will get this issue resolved as swiftly as possible.
Please know that there is no time frame for the fix and that this case has to be closed first so that the technical team will be able to further investigate. Your patience and cooperation would be highly appreciated.”
My reservation wasn’t changed or altered. The guest came, stayed , checked out and left us a good review. I don’t understand what this mysterious technical glitch is. Also the fact that Airbnb isn’t giving us any clarity is scary.
Today is 1st FEB....
Has anyone here received their pending payments from DEC 2019????
I'm still waiting for 25th DEC payout!!!!!
We are in NZ and having the same problem. We commenced our AirBnb operation in December and have never received one cent. We are now owed thousands of dollars and talking to the AirBnb help centre is one of the most frustrating experiences a human being can endure. In our case we can not get our payout method "verified" and no one can tell us why. AirBnb switches from week to week alternately telling us its a technical problem and then telling us its our problem to deal with Payoneer (who do the bank transfers for them). We have been assigned a case manager (allegedly) who has subsequently never contacted us. We are at a complete loss to know what to do, becoming very worried and regretting we signed with AIrBnb rather than one of the alternatives.
Still not received any update from Airbnb, still not received my money.
Is anyone from Airbnb reading this? If yes, then please respond!
I am thinking should we take this on twitter? Tag Airbnb with a common hashtag? Maybe we will get their attention then!
Hi Tanya. Pooja from Ooty
same problem here. Awaiting payment since Dec 22 2019. I have messaged them and I call them atleast once a week. Same answer.
But no money is coming in and no time frame given by them for payout.
it is 60 days now
A blog post on a medium where everyone reads will work!!! I am still waiting on a payment
Haven’t got paid for dec 22 2019
Big NEWS today about AIRBNB incurring huge losses in 2019!!!!
Have u got your payout.
Not yet!! Still waiting....
Maybe we should all start writing emails to Aisling Hassell, Vice President Community Support
Terrible support from Airbnb support team!!!
Im from Sri Lankan and hosting Airbnb guests since 2019 . i also waiting for one of my December payout and contacted help line and got the same response. i have happen to found following reply in another discussion forum related to AIRBNB payouts.
"Hi everyone, Thank you so much for joining in the conversation. I would like to share the good news with you that my payment has been processed and finally I received it. The reason was that, I escalated the matter to Aisling Hassell, Vice President Community Support by email to aisling.hassell@airbnb.com."
Rather than writing individually, i think its better if we all can sign a petition to represent all who suffer from this.

I got my money finally last week.
I do not know what made it happen, but it gets done right after my 5th call to CC. The agent who was on the line was more helpful than the previous ones. Also, I told him, it's best I deactivate my listing since I cannot trust Airbnb anymore. He said he understands and will forward my feedback ahead.
Then the next day the payout happened!
How long did you wait for your payout?
I am in the same situation. Payment was supposed to be release on February 2nd, 2020, one day after the guests check in for a month stay. The guests are about to leave and we have not been paid. Called Airbnb every day and the same answer a "technical glitch" that does not show a way to be solved. There is NO way to talk to an accounting person or even to the "Tech Desk". The robots that answer are so well trined. In the interim if Airbnb is hoding payment to many of us, they are making a killing on bank interest. Is it an authorized way of theft? t is aWondering how to bypass the robots. Do you know?
