Demand for 3-6 month long stay in Mumbai, India

Hi, to be able to list my Mumbai property, I need to check how is the demand for 3-6 month long stay in Mumbai, India. I cannot do short terms even a few weeks, because as per the local law I need to register an agreement with the city corporation. Its not practical to execute an agreement for less than 3 month stay. Does airbnb provide any data / insights on this?

Since you posted a few days ago, I would like to ask if you have found any suggestions elsewhere? It could also be a good idea to join the Local Host Club closest to your location to connect with fellow local Hosts and ask for their insights.
