Hi There,
I am managing listings in 2 different countries, but I get the same (higher) VAT added to all of the invoices regardless of a location.
Is there a possibility to have different VATs to be applied to the different listings determined by their geographical location?
If anyone has experience with a similar setup, I appreciate the input.

It’s best to consult your local private accountant or a licensed tax professional.
My understanding VAT rate is based on your account’s tax profile, including your country of residence or business registration, not necessarily on the location of each listing unless you have separate tax setups for different jurisdictions.
You may also want to contact Airbnb support to explain that you have listings in multiple countries and you want location-based VAT handling.
Hope this helps!
Hi @Agnes721 😊,
Thank you for asking this question here!
Would you mind sharing where your listings are located?
I'm tagging a few experienced hosts to see what advice they can offer you: @Joan2709, @Dave-and-Deb0, @Patricia2526 and @Karen114.
Thank you in advance everyone!
Warm regards 🌻,
