Different price for each month

We rent our place out in Jan, Feb, March, and April.  I can't figure out how to lower the price for April only, while keeping Jan - March the same price.  Please help.

There are several ways to achieve this

- set a fixed price for the month April (most easy)

- select all dates in the calender for April and enter the daily rate

- Create a ruleset with specific discount percentage and apply to dates in April

and more

Thanks!  I think I figured it out.  Maybe it's because I already have Jan, Feb, March rented.  Either way, April is listed for much lower now.
