I'd like to offer discounts for 4-6 day stays and week long stays. But not during holidays. Our Airbnb is mostly only rented for weekends and always booked for holidays. Any suggestions on how I can put this in my listing BEFORE someone books (when they are searching) so it might encourage them to stay longer at a discounted rate?
There is a methodology for making certain lengths more attractive via offering a discount (Listing Details > Pricing & Availability > Discounts).
Thanks Fred13. I did see that, however I can't seem to add the "not valid during holidays" or write in the dates when not valid.
Offcourse there is no "not valid during holidays" option. This a platform operating world wide !
You need to use rule sets to achieve your goal , but "professional tools" must be activated first.

Thanks for the two links. I believe that rule sets is the answer ! I didn't mean that I thought there was an actual option for "not valid during holidays." Just meant I couldn't write in words or dates when the discount would not be valid. Still new to Airbnb ... and learning, but knew this forum would have the answer!
