Discount or Coupon

How can I go about given a guest a discount or coupon towards there next visit, can someone explain how I can go about getting this done?

@Adrienne174 You cannot given them a physical discount until they book again with you. You can message the guest and mention a discount on their next stay (this way it will be in the message thread to trigger your memory.) AFTER they book with you a second time you can click on "Change/Cancel Reservation" and adjust the rate to reflect a lower discounted rate. The guest will then accept to confirm the price change.
