Caution Hosts: if you are the co-host in a listing and get divorce AIRBNB WILL NOT protet your interest. nThe only way to become a Host to your own listing is to close it and atrt a new listing. Any reservations post the change of the account you loose. They get cancelled, you loose the mnye AND, you loose your Super Host designation as well.
AIRBNB DOES NOT have a policy for listing owners to make HOST designation changes to their listing post divorce. AIRBNB considers it a personal problem! in other words, NOT AIRBNB'S PROBLEM. They want you to change your listing in the middle of your reservation activity, loose your resrvations, your host status, AND come back to a new listing and continue to make AIRBNB money. After 8 yeras as a host, mosy of it as a Super host, that is how AIRBNB treated one of their super host!
