Owner is aware of FIRE BAN (Can’t light fire pit) and HOT TUB being broken but, still being allowed to advertise these amenities. Water at property only gets LUKE WARM then freezing cold. Family of 10 stayed for Thanksgiving 2024 and was so disappointed.

when you arrive at a property if listing is not as advertised and the owner is unable to fix the issues such as hot tub and no hot water you can ask Airbnbto cancel the booking penalty free and help you find alternative accommodation. Is this something you requested? 

if not you should have been offered a discount for the missing amenities.

a fire ban is outside the owners control but something they should have let you know in advance 

 

hopefully you left an honest review to warn future guests .
