Does anyone have any Home insurance experience/recommendations, UK?

Hi,

My home insurance is up for renewal. I started letting my spare room on Airbnb in the last 12 months and I am now struggling to find a company to insure with.

My existing insurer says my policy would be voided by letting on Airbnb. Others seem to have limits on numbers of days the room could be let for and others are more specialist B&B insurers and very expensive. I only let the room when I am around.

Does anyone have any experience/recommendations?

Hi Jenny 

I am new to Airbnb and we have been with Saga for ages but they won’t insure us if we are doing Airbnb (just one room in the house ) so  have to find another Insurance company . Do you have any recommendations . We own our  property .
