"Monthly prices" are prices having the monthly discount (28 nights and longer) or fixed prices set for each month. If you only want to attract guests staying at least one month, set minimal stay to 28 nights (or longer). You can also experiment with limited check-in/check-out options to set even more limitations.

But be aware not to apply to much params, otherwise guests will never find you.
