E-bike policies to prevent battery fires

We need policies regarding e-bike storage during guests' stays to prevent battery fires. Where to park? Remove the battery and where to store it overnight? Monitor charging? We need help. Thanks in advance.

@Terri129 My policy would be no eBikes allowed on the property due to liability issues.
