Anyone else being threatened by airbnb to stop your business, because their newest system robot thinks that your tax information is incorrect after several years?

One of their new automated systems thinks that my tax information doesn't match to the irs form. I of course did confirm that it's all fine, just as it has been for years. Since the robot is not satisfied, however. It directed a person to call me. They threatened to put a stop on my reservations until I corrected the "error". Unfortunatly, I have not idea what the robot thinks is supposed to be there... very frustrating.

I have sent them a copy of the EIN from the IRS itself and asked for manager review of both my documents and their ridiculous system. i doubt that they will act on that, but we can hope..
