I'm a host with three listings, and I need to regularly download reports to manage my business. But lately, when I go to the Earnings page in Chrome on my desktop, it starts to load, then turns into a blank white page. @Airbnb - please address this glitch. It's the high earnings season right now and I can't keep up with everything on my end when your technology fails.

@Ann72 @Becki11 @Margret67 Would you be able to check if this is still happening please?

Hi @Ann72
That sounds like a rendering or cache issue in Chrome rather than Airbnb being completely down (since the page at least starts to load).
Try to refresh with cache bypass.
Go to chrome://settings/siteData
Search for airbnb.com
Remove cookies and cached files for Airbnb.
Log back in and try again.
Or you can try another browser
If it still doesn’t work, test on Firefox, Safari, or Edge. That will confirm if the problem is browser-specific.
Hi - I am running into the same issue, both in Safari and Chrome. Is there any update on this?
Hi @Ann72,
Good to see you, it's been a little while 😃
Can I ask if you've had a chance to try the different troubleshooting steps Patricia suggested? I've not seen other mentions of a similar glitch around the community so it's possible these will help correct it for you.
Let us know how you get on please!

Hi @Emilie, nice to see you, too! I had done all of the things @Patricia2526 suggested before and continue to encounter this issue. I'm not sure whether Patricia tried to access her own transactions page, and you probably haven't seen it mentioned because most hosts don't check theirs regularly. It's not about the site being down. It's only this page that doesn't open in any browser. It's clearly a glitch.
@Ann72 Thanks for confirming! I know that when I pass this on the team will ask for a screen recording to investigate further, do you think you could get me one by any chance?

Thank you so much, @Emilie. I'll DM them because the first one, where I captured the page starting to load, has private data showing. I'll send the two screenshots with time stamps to you. I appreciate your help!
Thanks @Ann72, I'll keep an eye out for the message!
@Patricia2526 If you have a sec, would you be able to check if it loads normally or not quite for you as well please?

Hi @Emilie
My apologies for the delayed response. I’m traveling in Bali at the moment and don’t have access to my laptop to check.
No worries at all @Patricia2526, I hope you are having a wonderful time in Bali 😃

We have been having the same issue since at least 5th September. Transaction page starts to load, then goes blank
Have tried the steps Patricia listed, it hasn't helped. Not working on Edge either
Thank you @Becki11 for letting me know you're running into a similar issue! I have shared it with the Airbnb team and they are looking into it for us.
I will keep you and @Ann72 updated as and when I hear more 🙂
Thanks,
Emilie
