Electricity Monitors

Hello,

Recently I have had longer term guests blow out my electric bill ($600-800+month) and am considering putting in a monitor and charging if the guest exceeds a cap.  Has anyone come across a good monitoring system? I already have efficient mini-splits, energy star refrigerator-don't know if they are cryptomining or what, but am considering taking it out of short term rental if this keeps up.  Thanks!!

I have Leviton Smart Breakers.  Each room has its own breaker.  I have the app on my phone.  Here is what it looks like

Andrea,

Im in CA and this has happened to uas as well even with solar.  Do you control the breakers?  Is there a way through the platform to control how much is allowed?

Thanks
