Enclave at Orlando - any hosts there with advice?

Hello hosts,

I am a host in Davenport. I have spoken to few hosts at Enclave where I am thinking to buy a place. Any advices from anyone else that own a place there?

@Tania17  This is an international English speaking forum. The chances of someone from your area, who even knows what Enclave refers to, are slim. You'd have better luck looking for a hosting Facebook group for your area.

@Tania17 If you type Davenport into the search bar, there have been a number of hosts here who host in that development: you might be able to get in touch with them on here through private message. 

My cousin had a place there, but he sold last year. He took most of his bookings directly through his own website: he found that due to the competiveness in the development, the Airbnb fees were making people less likely to book through the platform. He was very successful hosting the property there remotely from the UK.
