I want to know how to escalate a complaint,
I have a so called case manager- **, who is meant to be dealing with my complaint regarding a refund to my credit card, which is not happening.
Does anyone know where I can go from here are there any legal bodies I can approach, ombudsman, etc

Registration license has been issued by the city and submitted to Airbnb, but the Airbnb system shows 'pending' to WHAT???
The same license works for another listing and Vibo.
Hi Everyone, I also dealing with a situation. You are calling a call center that is handling Airbnb that is why you are getting no where. They do not listen to your case, they read the policy and check the box. Can anyone offer a phone or email address they had success with in the USA to handle the issues?
Kim, I see a lot of replies. But did you ever get an answer ? I am in a bad situation now as well as a guest left me with an overwhelming amount of mess and damage to resolve.
Support are great at sending you in circles and never helping - say they are escalating and just close your ticket and you never hear from them again.
I am looking at how to escalate so any help is greatly appreciated
