Escalate an issue

Hello, I am a super host in the US, I've been charged 15% host only fee on all reservations from end of May to end of October. This is not related to the Oct 27 deployment of the new fees to hosts on a software channel, I am well aware of that. The total charge is over $1000 usd, I've called, complained and getting the run around. Anyone know a way to escalate other than calling their support team in India that I can use? I've called them multiple times, it is very frustrating. Thanks

You have over 40 listings...is it happening on ALL your listings? Operating this many listings without using a PMS would be really hard? Airbnb says those using a PMS, hotels or serviced apartments must all be on the Single Fee structure.

I would check your Fee status under your Account Settings. Some Hosts have reported they don't use a traditional PMS/Channel manager, but have some automated lock software attached to their account (not the Airbnb smart lock integration) and have been told that is considered a PMS?

If it shows Host Only Fee, then go to
