Establishing checkin and vacating time

I cannot find how to establish these times in the agreement with tenants. 
Any help would be appreciated.

@Lawrence191 you have a check out time of 11 and a check in time of 4pm. Hopefully you do not have tenants as they can be very hard to remove from the property.
