Expanding my Airbnbs with ADUs in Toronto

Hey, does anyone have experience with renting/adding ADUs or garden suites to their rental portfolio? Cachehomes.ca offers some interesting homes and I wonder if this is a good idea. I'm thinking these command guest premiums while being cheaper to buy than my condos.
