Extra Service charges goes to management company account?

Hello, 

I am a property owner and have a management company looking after my property. If a guest decides to use the pool heater and pays extra for the heating, does the money go to the owner's account via airbnb or does airbnb send it to the management company?

I am finding this hard to manage as this incident happened where the heating charges went to the management company. Does any one have any experience with a issue like mine? - Thanks in advance

@Purvi9 You need to read the contract with your management company. Some will be fair, many are crooks!
