Free Concierge Services for guest requests

Hey all,

We've been getting a lot of requests from guests on various services hotels provide. Things like "how can I get my clothes dry-cleaned?" or "where can I order local food at night? etc.

Have you ever had these issues? It's been so common that we are now thinking of offering to be a middleman for other hosts in the area. We make a list of all the local vetted places and handle these requests on behalf of the hosts - free for hosts but charge a premium for guests.

Would any of you need a solution like that?

@Fatih144   No, I would not.  I have a lovely guest book in my property that contains this kind of  information so my guests do not have to call me and ask -- they are advised via our Welcome email to review the credenza guest book for information about our property and the town.

Never had a guest ask about dry cleaning in eight years of hosts. All the other local information is in our area/house guide. @Fatih144
