Is there a better way to do pricing and payment options for frequent renters? I will possibly have a renter every week Monday-Thursday
@Carolyn815 after the first stay Airbnb do not own the relationship between you and your guest. If you are happy with the guest you can always deal direct and perhaps split the commission so its cheaper for the guest and you make more money. Yes you lose Aircover but you really need your own insurance anyway.
+1 yep, this is it. have them stay once and make sure they are ok, and then you can make your own arrangements.
In my experience frequent renters become a nuisance, they start demanding more we had one guy who first booked airbnb then wanted to stay again and pay cash so ok we discount the fees,
He stayed with us a couple of times but now he wants a Good deal, a good deal to him is not a good deal for me, so now I tell him we are fully booked till next February (we are booked)
Plus its coming high season for us and he only want to pay low season rates.
I would rather stick to Airbnb I get good money,
I had a previous guest contact me the other day can I give him a discount he only wants to book 3 nights, "No Sorry"
Im not bothered if previous guest come back or not, The good ones who have just go straight to airbnb and book,
