My name is Sharon ** and I am the Rental Manager of Shoreline Towers Assn. Realty, Inc. I also have a personal account. When I go to login the only account I can seem to get into is my personal account. Recently the girl who worked for me, **, left our employ and all of her AirBnB expertise went with her. So right now I am floundering and trying to get into my AirBnB Account and get things reactivated. We have had a renovation project going on and we have had to cancel reservations and unfortunately been penalized for it. ** deactivated the units (the larger majority of them) and now I am trying to get back in and activate them. Unfortunately I am not able to even get into the account.

Hi @Sharon1713
I checked and don't see any of your listing(s) and only your Guest profile appears. Seems like the listing was either "snoozed", "deactivated", or "unlisted", by your former Co-Host. You will have to contact Airbnb Customer Service ASAP to get back into your Hosting Profile and re-activate your Listing(s). Once you reactivate, I'm suggest you have Airbnb remove the former Co-Host from your account. I would also change your password(s).
