@Lucy1120

I took a look at your listing and have some suggestions for you:

1. Please take out duplicate photos - there are two of the entryway with a bench, multiple pics of a bed (I think you only have one), the one with more pillows is good -  consider adding an accented color throw to the white bedding.

2. Consider adding a couple of pics to the bedroom to brighten up the brick walls.
3. Consider adding a colorful cushion to each of your white outdoor patio chairs.
4. I would take out the pic of the bed with only two dark pillows. People prefer pics with multiple pillows and some pillows with different texture or colors.

5. Consider adding a rug or antifatigue mat to the kitchen pic in front of the sink.

6. Consider putting a photo of a nearby attraction (beach, park, etc) and add a caption to include why you list it there (I’m not a fan of random photos to increase the number of photos on a listing).

7. Look at other listings in the area, how are you different, are there amenities they offer that you don’t?

8. You say you don’t offer WIFI, is this because you are EMF sensitive? Want to unplug? Do you have a cable for people to plug their computers in for internet access? Maybe explain you aim to provide a peaceful unplug and relax experience so we don’t offer wifi or x and y.

9. Maybe change the name of your listing to see if it brings in more views. You are close to the beach and don’t have that in your listing, I would say Garden Retro suite -  5 min walk to the beach!

10. Did you do a price check of your listing versus others - is it competitive?

11. If it’s a slow season, consider using the special offer feature to offer a discount.
12. Do a search in incognito mode in your browser (this is an option for all browsers, google, safari, Brave, chrome, etc) - sign out of your Airbnb account and search as if you’re a guest, do you show up in the first few pages when searching for a listing like yours? You can also consider clearing the cache too as this can sometimes affect things.

13. Please put your photos in the right category, you have your bedroom and living room photos in living area. Select your bed and put those in the bedroom category. Take the bed out of the living room category. People may mistakenly think the bed is in the living room when they want a separate bedroom.

14. Do you have a new discount applied? It offers 20% off the first three bookings or first month on the platform, it also boosts your ranking/visibility.

15. Under your listing it says it is a studio but from your pics it looks like there is a separate bedroom. Is it a studio (one room with everything in it) or does it have a separate bedroom (the brick bedroom)?

16. please take out the pic of the toilet with the lid up - you already have a pic of the toilet with the lid down.

17. Turn on the nightstand lights and all overhead lights when taking a picture even if the sun is shining in from the windows.

18. Put a nice hand towel next to the sink and retake the photo of the shower with the hand towel missing.

19. Fluff up your pillows on the couch, they look squished and sat in. Even older couches can look good with a few fluffs to their cushions.

I hope this helps - let me know if you have any questions.

20. I don’t see any neighborhood info other than a map of the area. Some hosts list local attractions, average distance from the listing, how long it takes to walk/drive there, bus or taxi info.

21. Make sure to go through your listing and fill out every section as this will help with providing vital info guests need and potentially affects listing ranking.

22. Consider installing a carbon monoxide reader as it says under your safety section a smoke alarm is provided but there is no carbon monoxide detector and they recommend guests to pack a portable one.
