How are you guys how can i attract new travelers
Good morning Alice! ☀️
Attracting new travelers usually comes down to a few key things that make your listing stand out:
✨ 1. Strong photos
This is the first thing guests look at. Airbnb even offers a photographer in many areas (for a fee). You don’t pay upfront — the cost is deducted from your future booking.
✨ 2. Clear, welcoming description
Highlight what makes your place special in Tunis — views, location, nearby attractions, comfort, or unique touches.
✨ 3. Pricing that matches your market
For new listings, a competitive price helps you get your first bookings and reviews faster.
✨ 4. Quick response time
Guests love hosts who reply fast. It boosts your ranking too.
✨ 5. Add small extras
Things like a welcome basket, local guidebook, or helpful check-in instructions make travelers feel cared for.
If you want, I can also take a look at your listing and share tailored suggestions. 🌿
Hi @Gernide0 😊,
Thank you for helping our hosts. Your suggestions are amazing!
Do you provide a welcome basket for all your guests? What do you put inside?

Hi @Alice1934 😊,
Thank you for starting this conversation here.
When did you start hosting?
In addition to what our host shared with you, I also recommend that you requesting a listing critique.
This will help you understand why you're not receiving bookings.
If you're interested, just check out this article 👉 How to ask for listing critique on the Community Center.

I see you own three listings
I suggest to do some tuning on your listing(s), for example:
- Add a proper description (and remove all the amenities from your profile)
- Your first 2 listings say:
16+ guests, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds (?)
Same price for 1 or 16 guests
Also:
- check or compete the section "amenities".
- provide check-in/check-out times
Hope this helps
Thanks sweet heart
