Gross Earnings on 1099K is Different Than 2024 Earnings Report and 2024 CSV Report

Airbnb 2024 1099-K Gross Earnings: $91,103.34

Airbnb 2024 CSV Report Gross Earnings: $92,584.53

Airbnb 2024 Earnings Report Gross Earnings: $93,343.00

Airbnb 2024 Earnings Report Gross Earnings when added up by individual listing within Report: $87,515.3

To top it off, Airbnb is including my Co-host's payouts in the Gross Earnings of my 1099-K, while also issuing them a 1099-K for their amount... Essentially double reporting the same Gross Earnings. This is an absolute mess! 

I have reached out to Airbnb support several times to clarify why these amounts are inconsistent so that I know what is accurate when deducting that portion from my Net that my business will have to pay taxes on. They keep sending me copy paste responses about how I need to talk to my tax professional. I am my tax professional, and I need to know why the CSV is not accurate to the 1099-K. Absolutely ludicrous.

I'm sorry there seemed to be some discrepancies on your earning reports! As it has been a little while, I wanted to check in: have you managed to find a solution with the Support team's help in the end?
