Guest given wrong price

Just had an inquiry for 28 days, I do not offer length of stay discounts but the inquiry was bout 1/2 what it should be. Again I double checked my settings. Can anyone help?

@Howard172 , I had this happen to me about a year ago, but only once.

 

They we’re querying my $55 per night residence, which when they completed the reservation, came to the correct amount of $150 per night! I would NEVER set $55 for my listing, but there it was in published listing. But when the pricing was followed through, it corrected itself.

 

So firstly, just ensure your settings are correct and saved, then let the guest know your nightly rate is $…… 

Let them know the glitch is showing the wrong nightly amount.

 

If you were to try and make a pretend booking yourself, when you see a total $ breakdown, is the daily amount corrected? 
Try this first to see if things right themselves.  Let us know…
