Guest having trouble getting Airbnb to accept his payment... this has happened a few times before.
This is what I just received from a potential guest: " im trying yo submit payment but its not letting me. Can yoi please help me from your end" The calendar is blocked and I do not want to lose this booking because of Airbnb's failure to have correctly working systems. Often guests in the past having this issue have said they nearly didn't book and nearly went to a hotel instead... those are the ones that had persevered and then successfully booked! How many others may I have lost? Can anybody help with advice for him or can I get help direct from Airbnb?
